Although I completed my epilation session, I could not achieve the result they promised, and even there was no change. They are still trying to open new packages. They do not want to send the customer satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tek bir yıldızı bile hak etmeyen bir kurum. Ne müşteri memnuniyeti umurlarında ne de müşterinin sonuç alıp almaması. Gittiğim süre boyunca asla güler yüz görmedim ama müşteri götürüyorsan ne âlâ. Vaad edilen sonucu almadığım gibi paramla da rezil olmuş bulundum. Seanslarımı kısacık tuttular, bazı günler tek kelime etmeden çıkmışlığım oldu, durumumu kontrol etmediler. Önerilecek gibi değil.
An institution that does not deserve even a single star. They neither care about customer satisfaction nor whether the customer gets results. I have never seen a smiling face during my visit, but if you take customers, it is fine. I was disgraced with my money, as I did not get the promised result. They kept my sessions short, some days I left without a word, they didn't control my situation. Not like it would be suggested.

This institution was opened just to make promises because only empty talk says to me 100/100 and sells packages, everything is great, the result is not even 60 percent and they are still trying to sell packages, they give sessions under the name of control session and they don't even have a staff who knows what the meaning of the application is. The institution should be closed as soon as possible, I do not recommend it to those who will go.
