I bought this tablet from this company via Trend road. The product came. We opened the box of the product. First it didn't open. Then it was put in the charge. The charge indicator is still displayed as one. We sent the product back via Trend Road. IT WAS DETECTED THAT THE PRODUCT HAS A CHARGE PROBLEM. Later, we CALL the seller company LAVIN CONTACT US, TOLD us on the form that we ACT THE BOX OF THE PRODUCT. CHANGE CANNOT BE MADE. How can we know the contents of a product without opening the box? We lived for the purpose of informing OTHER FRIENDS DON'T HAVE THE SAME DIFFICULTY. IF THE PRODUCT IS WRONG, THE COMPANY'S ANSWER IS EASY. YOU DO NOT OPEN THE BOX OF THE PRODUCT
