Çok kısa sürede lastiğimin patlayan kısmına yama yapıldı.Ustamız birtakım teknik bilgi ve tavsiyelerde de bulundu. Sadece lastik tamiri değil aynı zamanda balans ayarıda yapıldı. Borcumu sorduğumda da 30 TL dedi. Fiyat normal geldi ama ilk gelen müşteriye küçük bir ikram yapılsa ve buda müşteriye ifade edilse sanki gelip geçen müşteri degilde kalıcı her probleminde oraya giden müşteri kazanılmış olunur. Tabiki bu benim ticari anlayışım. Farklı görüşlerede saygı duymak lazım.
