Last Minute Tours - Kusadasi Airport Shuttle

Reservation confirmed. But one time there were double reservation and no other way of transport to Airport. They send 4 people like me to airport via taxi without AC. Imagine 3 people at the back of a taxi without AC to airport in July from Kusadasi to Izmir. It was horrible. Lack of drivers I understood later cause they have 2 other coaches parked in front of the office.

I took the shuttle service from izmir airport to kusadasi and return. From airport to kusadasi they departed around 30 mins late waiting for other passengers. From kusadasi to airport, they departed right on scheduled time. Overall a great service.

This is usually an outstanding transfer service. Booking is easy. Shuttles are comfortable. Price is normal. Until today I used it many times and I was very satisfied with the whole operation. However... Today (06/08/2016) in Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, at 21:30 I've reserved my seat as usual. We were 14 passengers. More than half of us were tourists. Driver announced that AirCon is malfunctioning and shuttle is extremely hot. We requested to send us via different shuttle. In Izmir even at ten PM it can be quite warm during August. I called their central office and lady at the other end told me that there is nothing they can do. This is the shuttle we have, use it or don't. Later on when all passengers protested driver called "the boss" and his solution was "tell them that you are going, they can do whatever they want" when there was no other option for us, we boarded the sauna-on-wheels. Two agents of the company and the driver took another 15 minutes to collect the fees. Shame? No, they are trained to be shameless apparently. "Call our office" they say each time someone complains "there is nothing we can do" I ask you this: "if you cannot do anything, if your boss has nothing to do, who has? And how do you dare to ask full price for a faulty service while repeating that there is nothing you can do?" "the boss" own his riches to these suffering tourists. To us. Make him at least apologize.

This is a very high quality service. I have taken it several times and have always been a very correct event. In general the staffs are very polite and gentle; but it depends on the good willing of the driver if you need to be let in a main avenue in the city (Kușadası) as I need to go to the Setur Marina, which is not a great detour from the route to the Bus station. Nevertheless I think this is the best shuttle service I have taken in Turkey during the 13 years I frequently visit the country.

they are trying their best not to help you the women on the left side was so rude and unhelpful while I was asking question she didn’t want to answer even

There's a rude staff at the office in Kuşadası terminal, she doesn't even know how to speak with costumer. Additionally, the minibus has been driven very fast to reach the flight time, it's quite uncomfortable and was shaking a lot.. Next time I'll use Havas instead of this company, for sure..

Very convenient and reasonably priced airport transfer. They have shuttles from Kuşadası bus terminal until midnight. They also may arrange a pick up from your home for an additional fee.
