A place where luxury villas and those above a certain level stay. As a district, it is about 20 km from the city center, but close to neighborhoods such as Çağlayan Lantern Guzeloba. Teracity Lauro is approximately 7-8 km away from shopping centers such as deepo ikea metro and 4-5 km away from the airport. The area around the villas is currently empty, but new residential areas are likely to open up to 5-10 years.
