★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir süre önce tamir edilmek üzere laptopumu magazaniza verdik.Ekranı kırılmıştı.Tamirden geldikten bir hafta sonra ekranda çizgiler oluşmaya basladi ve gittikçe genişledi.Geri götürdüğümüzde kullanıcı hatası olduğunu söylediler.Halbuki 6 ay garanti verilmisti.Bu konuda mağdur olduğumuzu düşünüyorum.Verdiğiniz hizmetten kesinlikle memnun kalmadim .Bir tuketici olarak bunu size bildirmek hem hakkim hem de gorevim oldugunu düşünüyorum.
A while ago we gave my laptop to your store to be repaired. The screen was broken. One week after it was repaired, lines started to appear on the screen and it became wider. When we took it back, they said it was a user error. However, 6 months warranty was given. As a consumer, I think I have both a right and a duty to inform you about this.

So far, I have done so many internet shopping. As far as this firm, I have not seen any company behind its property and who thinks about the customer. They called the product half an hour after ordering, and asked for every detail, whether it was on the product, the installation of the product, and kept in constant contact to help.
