★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, extraordinary outdoors seating area, humble friendly staff and delicious food and dessert. Been there more than once and inshallah return more often again.
However, it does get very crowded and the parking spaces become challenging.

This place also sells cigarettes :p
But honestly, the service is versatile.
Your time there WILL depend on the mood of the waitors.
Sometimes they seem unwilling to serve; sometimes they get your order wrong; sometimes they even forget your order. This is the only negative remark I have of Lamess.
Overall, it's a nice place to have a well prepared meal and enjoy a nice cup of Turkish coffee afterwards.
