Ladies Beach Residence

excellent location, poor service, and not clean rooms. The housekeeping was awful. the location is fine but inside the hotel was very noisy specially during the night. people was speaking in yard loudly and we couldn't rest at all. Also, since our room was a bit cheaper (but still expensive comparing to the service) we didn't allowed to have breakfast inside the hotel. it was an horrible experience. they are very avaricious. try other hotels please.

In August we stayed in 007 bond penthouse with our friends. The apartment is enormous, the location is super, it took us 5 minutes to get to the beach. The hotel doesn't have its own beach, there's a private beach and a state beach. There's a shop near the hotel. BUT the rooms were dirty, the windows, the floors were dirty too. We paid extra money to have our rooms cleaned. Wi-fi didn't work

The hotel is very close to the beach, spacious family suits, nice sea view (if the booked room is with a view). Bed sheets were clean, but the overall room's cleanliness is poor. The building itself has unfinished construction parts.We didn't use their restaurant, so no idea about the food quality, but there is a nice bakery downstairs and the market just under their premises. The pool was closed due to covid (didn't see the pool itself). The A/C was working well in the room, great help to keep the room with bearebale temperature. The housekeeping comes every second day, so don't rush to throw those towels to the floor :). The offered tours in their bouclet were available, but not all reception staff was aware, so if someone says we don't offer boat tours (while advertising it in the rooms), just ask someone else next day. We were booked into great Kalamaki boat tour. The beach bar is sub-rented to another company, so not related to hotel (means the sunbeds aren't available). The municipal sunbeds were 20TL per each.

Probably the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. The hotel is hugely overpriced, my room had no view except for of a construction site, breakfast was presented as being free during check-in but then I got charged, and overcharged for it at the end of my stay, and it's a terrible breakcfast too. There is no direct access to the beach, the WiFi is bad, and over an entire week, the room was never cleaned once despite an arrangement that it would be cleaned every day. I had to argue with the staff to get a second key card for the bedroom, because otherwise I would not have had electricity in the room while not there and the room would have been roasting upon my return each time. When I was checking out, I think I was about twenty minutes late, and I received around six calls to the telephone in the room as well as to the door, each time I was being told to leave the room, and when I asked for about twenty minutes to finish packing my bag I was told "no, you leave now". Terrible, terrible hotel. I will recommend everybody I can to keep away from it. There are nice hotels within minutes of this monstrosity of a hotel, and these nice hotels cost a THIRD of the price. Do not stay in Ladies Beach Residence.

This hotel is really just absolutely perfect. The location is great and the views are breathtaking. The staff is really polite and courteous. TJ and Kaan were really helpful and are really helpful and very sweet. Our room had a view of the beach, was really spacious and clean too. Highly recommended.

Ladies beach residence is absolutely fabulous. We had the 2 bedroom penthouse and the views were spectacular. Huge kitchen and dining area for hosting beautiful meals, and massive balcony overlooking Ladies beach and the Kuşadasi Strip. The staff are so helpful and friendly Can't wait to go back already.

I had excellent view towards the beach and you can see Greece light up at night on the horizon. The room is modern with full kitchen if you are interested in cooking. Breakfast was free and delicious. The associates were very nice and attentive. I highly recommend it!!! I stayed a day before my tour to Ephesus. It was part of a tour package with T4T.

This was a suite with an amazing view. It was absolutely beautiful. A very spacious suite , extremely clean. Extra large bathrooms, spacious room and a great living room with amazing views. I couldn't get enough of the views. There was a small balcony too and that was great. A lovely breakfast was served . Very courteous and helpful staff. I wish i had more time here. My favourite place in Kusadasi.
