★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22 ekimde verdiğim sipariş büyük gelmesi ve aralarına başkasının ürününü koymaları sebebiyle geri değişim amaclı gönderdim. Ait olmayan ürünü iade ettim. Istediğim beden olmayınca arayıp dikileceğini söylediler. 3 hafta sonra hala ürünün gelmemesi üzerine aradığımda ürünü unuttuklarını, telefonda gayet lakait unutmuşuz diyerek gülen konuşan personeliniz var. İstediğim bedeni söylemiş olmama rağmen o gün kargoya gönderip yine büyük ürün yollandı. Aramasam ne zaman gönderilirdi allah bilir. Unuttuğunuz için gönderemediginiz ürünün iade günüde geçtiği için gönderemedim. İlk kez bu kadar kalitesiz çalışma sistemi görüyorum. Yazık
 The order I placed on October 22 was great and I sent it back for exchange because they put someone else's product between them. I returned the product that did not belong. When I didn't have the body I wanted, they called and said they'd stand. 3 weeks later I still call the product on the arrival of the product forgotten, we have forgotten a very lakait on the phone saying you have a smiling speaking staff. Even though I told him that I wanted to send the body that day, the big product was sent again. God knows when I wouldn't call. You can not send the product because you can not send it for the day of return. This is the first time I've ever seen such poor quality work. Pity

It is not an honest, sincere and promising company. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Everything does not happen by saying that we are with healthcare professionals, Mr. Ferit. I do not think the company is doing its job properly. The price of your order is not important, there is zero respect for people. As a physician, I recommend you stay away.
