Went there after seeing nothing but 5 stars on TripAdvisor. I’ll give it a 4 because we liked it for the friendliness of the people, who really put in an effort to be nice. Two points for improvement I can think of: meat and wine. There were only 2 local wines on the restaurant’s list for 250 lira (that’s around 40 euro for a bottle of local wine) The wine was quite nice, but they didn’t have the usual wine list that goes with the ‘a la carte look’ they’re going for with that fancy cave-chic setting. In regards to the meat, well, manage your expectations (or consider a salad).

Restaurant has a cave interior that’s a very nice setting to dine in. Staff was super attentive and mindful of our experience and kept checking if things were okay. Ordered a tomato soup, cheese and sausage Pide and Manti. Tomato soup was delicious and thick, with a tangy flavour to it. The cheese and sausage Pide was also delicious as well. I must really commend the pide base for being superbly made. The manti was delightful, with each mouthful carrying the sourness of the yoghurt/cream and the fragrance of the garlic oil. As this was my first time trying it, I’m not sure if manti is usually this soft, instead of being cooked to aldente. Overall a extremely pleasant restaurant to dine in and would very well return.

The restaurant is amazing, and the owner is adorable. We don't speak Turkish fluently (just few words) and he was doing his best to communicate with us! The food is just outstanding, very good portions and amazing flavors. We liked it so much that we went for lunch and then came back for dinner! Definitely will be back there when in goremen. The chicken pottery is very nice and soft and natural flavors, desserts delicious too. A fun fact, there were 2 cats close to us and a little boy on the table next to us was trying to play with one of them, without success. One of the staff noticed it and he brought his own car so the little boy could pet it and play with! It was so adorable! When you go try to have your meal in the cave inside!! You HAVE to try out this place!!

We were in Göreme after visiting many places and eventually got hungry at 15:30. The restaurant is open with some people dining. After sometimes, he come to take our orders. He apologized for us to wait which was not a long wait at all. He was working alone. We order meatballs and lamb. After the food arrived, you can tell from the first bite that the taste is heaven. I really like it. We all loved it. Really tasty and the lamb was tender. I ordered again for take away for dinner later. He said he can deliver it to my hotel which is near by. He did come at the requested time which is very helpful for us. His English is good. Very recommended.

I highly recommend to try the pottery dishes at this restaurant in Göreme. It also offers a vegetarian version which is simply delicious and the service is great, too.

We found this place a bit expensive for the quantity offered. The bread given to us also did not feel as fresh as what we had in other places. The red wine was decent and the cappu fruit juice was what was given to us when we asked for fruit juices. Maybe it's my mistake for expecting fresh fruit juice without specifically asking for it. The owner was friendly and we tried to speak about the restaurant and his past experiences as he seemed to have loads of sea life. But again, language was a mild barrier and I could not fully understand what he meant most of the time. The food was decent, the beef ravioli felt more like flour than beef. The pottery kebab dish was really good.
