Great hotel, great staff, let down cats prowling around dinner tables at feet.

Positive: The rooms were clean. Breakfast very good. Reception helpful and accommodating Amazing views if you Book sea view. Breakfast seating amazing view Beautiful beach swimming Infinity pool at roof Near airport Taxi button infeont hotel Near restaurants and tourists Street Near shopping centers and shops Negative: Gym is very very small. Overpriced.

This hotel was pretty clean. The reason why I rated this hotel one star is because the service was absolutely horrible and slow. we had to change our hotel room three times due to problems with our room one being water was gushing out the bathroom ceiling second room the air conditioning was not working and by the time we reached our third room the phone was not working and we told the receptionist four times that phone was not working and they still did not come and fix the issue. The nighttime waiter that works in the restaurant is races against Arabs and does not want to do anything that they ask for and was so rude.

Great location, clean rooms, great air condition. Internet ehhh not that great. Great Location, private beach and private pool. Clean rooms and good room service. Tasty breakfast. What i didn't like: Staff at breakfast ignored us sometimes, when for example we asked for tea we got it way after we finished our breakfast. I also didn’t like the fact that you are not garanteed a place at the private beach although you are paying for that and is included in your stay. So you have to either come way earlier and book your seats at the private beach/reception same day, or book it in advance the day before. If you want to choose which seat you want at private beach you have to book in advance otherwhise you will get random sets and in most cases seats with the worst views

Beautiful, clean hotel, rooftop pool but not large, however for the able bodied there is a private beach but it has a decent that puts Cornwall to shame.. its Steep.. and the same as Cornwall.. u have to get back up! Take an inhaler lol

Nice staff and decent rooms ,location middle off Lara beach so very convenient breakfast was ok not huge spread but enough

An amazing place filled with amazing staff. The hotel has beautiful scenery and lovely rooms and has many shops, markets and tourist attractions nearby. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel so welcomed. There are a few staff who really made me happy during my stay such as Hümeyra (an absolute star, so helpful, friendly, hardworking and efficient). She really made everything so easy and comfortable for us. Sulaiman, Fatih, Serdar and Mustafa were the others that have wonderful qualities and are also a great asset to the hotel like Hümeyra. They all deserve recognition for their hard-working nature and I can't wait to visit again soon and hopefully see them too.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and to high standards. The bed was extremely comfortable, which was important for me as I am pregnant and comfort is everything right now. The staff were attentive and was a warm welcome on arrival. We only stayed 2 nights but I would definitely return and recommend
