L'Oceanica Beach Resort Hotel

This hotel should definitely be your choice! It's perfect for families with kids, young couples as well as all other groups of people. It's located 50 meters from the beach and some shops, the food is amazing and you will not be able to eat and drink all they have to offer. The rooms are spacious, modern and very well eqiuped. What I liked the most is how they treat the guests. The chairman is amazing as well as the managers and animation team. They litteraly make it feel like home away from home. The rest of the staff was also very helpful. The hotel has many amenities like inside/outside pools, hamam, sauna etc. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in the most beautiful country!

1.a lot of awful russian songs 2.they mix pepsi with cold water (50/50) and it`s not tasty at all 3.a small assortment of delicios sweets 4. not tasty juices 5.staff don`t speak English But it is have a lot of entertainments, good animators and other benefits but summing up the hotel have to be cheaper or eliminate those nuances

In love with L'Oceanica. When you are here, you are family. The staff works hard for you, the animation team is the best I've ever seen! Every single member of the team brings something amazing to the table. The children's animation team is special. If you have kids, they will absolutely love the disco, games, quests, and entertainment! We are coming back here many many times.

POOR CONDITIONS !! We arrived this morning around 10 o'clock, the room was offered to us at 2 o'clock. The only advantage was that we caught a super nice lady at the reception who spoke English. the employees are all upside down, they don't speak English, not even one, in the kitchen you have to understand yourself by signs because they only speak Russian. 99% are Russian tourists. arrived in the evening in the hotel room I realized that there is no hot water, I called the plumber but of course without result. the food is relatively fine, but it is impossible to be full, the employees who serve you (because it is only self-service) look ugly and the food that is put on your plate is very little. the distance to the sea is ok 200m, but the sunbeds are insufficient, as well as the pool. I searched in vain for a place where we can drink a frappe considering the heat that is here, of course it does not exist at any bar in the resort. on the beach there is a bar with shaorma where you have to wait at least an hour in line to be served, for ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE, there is no such thing. the drinks are local, in glasses and of course combined with water, everything is in the dispenser (soft drinks) the service is usually done in plastic glasses if you don't mention them insistently to give you a glass. The hotel rooms are very small but with ok views, towards the mountain or the pool. I offered a star as a review because 5 stars is not safe. this hotel is rated 5 stars and we do not understand why because both physically and as services (which were awful) more than 3 stars is not worth it. We hope that by the time we leave the resort, these major problems will be resolved. We would definitely return if things changed, but in the current situation, there is no chance to return. IN THIS PLACE IS NO HOT WATER AFTER 22 Hour. WE HAVE THIS PROBLEM EVERY NIGHT AND WE GO TO RECEPTION EVERY NIGHT BUT WITHOUT RESULT.

I’m really disappointed with this hotel. At the dinner, the child was poisoned by not fresh food. When we complained to the staff, we were rude with us. Be careful, I don’t reconnect this hotel
