4 kişilik bazalı odalar ve bireysel komodin kiyafet dolabi mini buzdolabı (ortak) tuvalet banyo çalışma masası var her odada ayrı 4 kisilik çalışma odası bulunuyor. Ayriyetten bina 4 katlı olup her katta toplu çalışma odaları da mevcuttur. Binada toplam 5 asansör bulunuyor. Her katta mescit de mevcut. Yemekhane kantin ve 30 a yakın çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi de bodrum katta öğrencilerin hizmetine sunulmaktadır.
