Çocıklarımız, kardeşlerimiz hakkında bilgi almak için yurdu aradığımızda kimse telefonlara bakmıyor. Allah korusun birine bi şey olsa haberimiz olmucak. Bu şekilde olmamalı ve buna hemen çözüm getirilmeli. LÜTFEN TELEFONLARA BAKINIZ.
The hostel is good overall. But the point I criticize is this: Our students are entrusted to you, we are in a different city. When we call the dormitory to get information about our children and siblings, no one answers the phones. If something happens to someone, God forbid, we will not know. This should not be the case and it should be resolved immediately. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHONES.
