★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yurtdışı telefon batarya değişimi için ille bir fatura istiyorlar. Fakat başarı bunu istemedi. Ayrıca fiyatlar başarı dan 100 to kadar daha ucuzdu. Faturasız başarı işlem yaparken bunlar neden yapamadı bir türlü anlamadım.
 They want an invoice to the province for overseas phone battery change. But success didn't want that. They were also cheaper than 100 to 100 to success. As soon as it is a prepaid success they don't understand why they couldn't do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asus Tuf bilgisayarımın iç ekranı kırıldı yetkili servisi pahalı olur diye dışarıdaki o googleda ki 5 yıldız almış bütün bilgisayarcıları aradım ne oldugu belli olmayan ekranlara 3500 4000 lira arası fiyat verdiler ben servise götürdüm kendi orjinal ekranını temizlik ve termal macun bakımıyla birklikte1500 liraya taktıklar.. bu esnada asus müşteri hizmetlerini bir çok kez aradım ve gerçekten en iyi şekilde bana yardımcı oldular..5 yıldızı sonuna kadar hak ediyo
The inner screen of my Asus Tuf computer was broken, because the authorized service would be expensive, I called all the computer manufacturers that got 5 stars on that google outside, they gave a price of 3500 to 4000 lira for the screens that are not clear, I took it to the service, and they installed their original screen for 1500 liras with cleaning and thermal paste maintenance.. meanwhile. I called asus customer service many times and they really helped me in the best way.. it deserves 5 stars completely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akıllı saatimin şarj soketi kırılmıştı ama çarpma,düşme yoktu aşınmadan dolayıydı. Garanti kapsamında olmasına rağmen garanti kapsamında değil dediler ve bizden 500 TL talep ettiler. O bir yıldızı bile hak etmiyorlar.
The charging socket of my smart watch was broken, but there was no bump or fall, it was due to wear. Although it is under warranty, they said it is not under warranty and they demanded 500 TL from us. They don't even deserve that one star.

I definitely do not recommend
Go to your phone's own authorized service centre. I called the service and got a message saying it happened 4 times. Every time I went, I came back because it wasn't there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asus bilgisayarımı ram ve ssd takılması için bıraktım. Ben kendim de 10 dakikada takabilirdim ama garanti kapsamında kalması için servise getirdim. İşlem 4 gün sürdü. 150 TL'de ücret ödedim. İçeride hiç sıra yoktu. Hem alırken hem teslim ederken hiç beklemedim.
I left my Asus computer to have ram and ssd installed. I could have installed it myself in 10 minutes, but I brought it to the service to keep it under warranty. The process took 4 days. I paid 150 TL. There was no queue inside. I did not wait at all, both when receiving and delivering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's existence mostly relies on it being a monopoly. My experience usually ranged between subpar and abysmal. Sometimes they are extremely slow, making you wait for months with no step towards rectification. Or they charge you for additional fixes with a cost higher than the phone's actual price. And on occasion, they fix something while breaking something else. The staff, albeit having no knowledge about the repair process are friendly and helpful, but if you're looking for a good phone repair service, look away.
