Tüm dünya lugatlarında ne kadar hakaret kelimesi varsa hepsini tam manasıyla hak ediyorlar. Bir daha KVK garantili cihaz almamak gerektiğinin kesin ve kati gerekçesidirler.
 Disgrace of those who provide technical service. Robbers who have lost their work ethic. The dishonest people who think they can deceive people with their three-penny minds. They deserve all the insulting words in all the world's dictionaries. They are the definitive and conclusive reason why you should not buy a device with a KVK guarantee again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bataryasıni değiştirdikleri telefonumun ekranı açılma yaptı kullanım hatası dediler.Yapilmasi için olur verdim 140 TL ücret istediler.Yatirdigim para karsiliginda telefonumda yapıştırma yapılıp 80 TL si işçilik 30 TL si yapıştırma 30 TL de arıza bedeli ki arızayı zaten iletmistim; elime geçen telefonumun gönderdiğim şekliyle bana geri geldiğini farkettim.Aradigimda yollayın tekrar dediler.Su an telefonum hala onlarda .Bana geri dönüş yapılmadı. Bir ayı geçen bir tamir süresi akıbeti belli olmayan bir telefon ve bekleyen ben....
They said that the screen of my phone, which they changed the battery, turned on and it was a usage error. I gave consent for it to be done and they asked for a fee of 140 TL. In return for the money I deposited, the paste was made on my phone, 80 TL for labor, 30 TL for bonding, 30 TL for the fault, which I had already conveyed; I realized that the phone I received was returned to me as I sent it. When I called, they said send it again. They still have my phone at the moment. I did not get a response back. Over a month, a phone with an unknown fate, and me waiting....

I sent my Realme Watch smart watch to this service on February 12, I received it on March 4, but the same problems continue, they sent this device without any action, I was not even informed.

A disgraceful service that keeps the phone we provide waiting in the store for 15 days without any notice! A place with zero trust, zero work ethic, Trabzon KVK! Not getting a salary and not working is nothing but unfair gain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geçen yıl 29.04.2021 tarihinde temsilcinin telkini ile fixback onarım paketi yaptık bugun ekran için başvurumuzda telefonla başvurmamız gerektiğini ardından ücretsiz kargo ile istanbuldan onarım görüp geleceğini beyan ettiler. Geçen zamanda telefonsuz kalmak cabası hakkımı helal etmiyorum
Last year, on 29.04.2021, we made a fixback repair package with the suggestion of the representative, and today they said that we had to apply for the screen by phone, and then they would see and come from Istanbul with free shipping. I don't give my right to be without a phone in the past time
