We liked it very much, especially for the winter holiday, the nature of the view is very beautiful. There is a restaurant nearby, 10 minutes by car from the village center, all kinds of markets, butchers etc. There are all kinds of tools for cooking at home. We definitely recommend it.

It's a dream place. Quiet, calm, peaceful. One day was never enough, we wished we had booked at least two days. Only Google Maps shows wrong location. You need to call the operator and get a recipe. The roads are not difficult, you can reach them easily. I am definitely planning to go in the spring as well.

Nature, calmness, snow landscape... What more can I say. A facility with a magnificent architecture in Mersin's Arslanköy plateau. Despite the cold weather, which is -8 degrees outside, we had a warm holiday thanks to the heating system inside the houses. The friendliness of the operators and the importance they give to cleanliness have an important effect on being able to have a holiday here again. We will come again before the end of the snow season ☺️

First of all, it is an animal-loving business that accepts our dog. Everywhere was clean and smelled nice, especially the sheets. We also liked the concept and decoration very much. A new business. The last houses of mersin arslanköy, attention navigation is taking the last 1.5 km from the wrong path, and we are stuck in the land, the owner of the business, Onur bey, came and picked us up with a terrain vehicle, thank you. Mr. Onur is a very nice and naive young man who graduated from university and became a beautiful investor at a young age. He helped in every way, asked our needs while going to and from the village, thank you. Since the business is new, it is the most beautiful location and houses to stay in arslanköy, even if it has shortcomings. For those who plan to come: There are 2 houses with a double bed upstairs and a sofa for 2 people downstairs. So 4 adults can stay, but I don't recommend it if privacy is required because there is no door, etc. between the upper floor and the lower floor. Downstairs there is a small kitchen, bathroom, WC and sitting area. Up to 4-6 people can be seated in this area. In addition, 2 more houses are being built. Although it is on a slope of the mountain and the weather is -5 degrees, there is no problem of hot water and heating. their insulation has not been completed yet, but they provide the comfort of the guests very well by operating the central heating system extra. only the bathroom part is a bit cold and it gets warm with the temperature of the water while taking a bath. Even families with children can stay with peace of mind. When it comes to cleaning, the houses were clean, the towels, beds and pillows were beautiful, we didn't need to use the pillow cases we brought just in case. It is not allowed to enter inside with shoes, but it is difficult to take off and wear boots on winter days, you can bring 2 sizes of slippers with you and practice. There is a small tube in the kitchen, but we recommend putting an electric heater as well. In the kitchen, there are plates, glasses (tea glass, mug, water glass, wine glass, etc.), cutlery, pans, pots, etc. that can comfortably fit 2 people. Apart from that, there are sunflower oil, spices, teapot, Turkish coffee, Nescafe. There is a small refrigerator. The dishes are yours. We washed it before leaving. There was also dish soap and bleach. The garden is a flat area, a place for children to have a good time. They have barbecue and grills. You bring the coal yourself. Since we went in the snow, we sat down with a fire in the evening, Onurbey provided us with wood, he also provided embers for our burning. but I think there should be a garden cauldron to light a fire in that garden. wet ground will not be a problem, and the heat will not be wasted. this is our second recommendation :) maybe some landscaping work like camellia etc. can be done. which will be done in the future. In Onur's vision, we are sure that it will be a much better business in the future. Of course, I think the price will increase accordingly.
