A very beautiful mosque

Very nice

Loved the mosque. Only problem is JAMAAT (congregation) times are not posted. Only prayer start times are posted.

Merkezde sahile yakın büyük bir camii ????? Dost istersen Allah yeter. Evet o dost ise, herşey dosttur. Yârân istersen Kur'an yeter. Evet ondaki enbiya ve melaike ile hayalen görüşür ve vukuatlarını seyredip ünsiyet eder. Mal istersen kanaat yeter. Evet kanaat eden, iktisad eder; iktisad eden, bereket bulur. Düşman istersen nefis yeter. Evet kendini beğenen, belayı bulur zahmete düşer; kendini beğenmeyen, safayı bulur, rahmete gider. Nasihat istersen ölüm yeter. Evet ölümü düşünen, hubb-u dünyadan kurtulur ve âhiretine ciddî çalışır. Mektubat - 282 If you want a friend, God is sufficient. Yes, if He is the friend, everything is a friend. If you want companions, the Qur'an is sufficient. Indeed, for in the imagination one meets with the prophets and angels in it, observes the events in which they were involved, and becomes familiar with them. If you want possessions, contentment is sufficient. Yes, one who is content is frugal; and one who is frugal, finds the blessing of plenty. If you want an enemy, the soul is sufficient. Yes, one who fancies himself is visited with calamities and meets with difficulties. Whereas one who is not fond of himself, finds happiness, and receives mercy. If you want advice, death is sufficient. Yes, one who thinks of death is saved from love of this world, and works in earnest for the hereafter. Letters - 334 "ﺇﻥْ ﻛﻨﺖَ ﺗﺮﻳﺪ ﻭﻟﻴﺎً، ﻓﻜﻔﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻠّﻪ ﻭﻟﻴﺎً".‌ ﻧﻌﻢ ﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻫﻮ ﻭﻟﻴُّﻚ ﻓﻜﻞ ﺷﻲﺀ ﻟﻚ ﺻﺪﻳﻖ. "ﺇﻥْ ﻛﻨﺖَ ﺗﺮﻳﺪ ﺃﻧﻴﺴﺎً، ﻓﻜﻔﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﻳﻢ ﺃﻧﻴﺴﺎً".‌ ﺇﺫ ﺗﻌﻴﺶ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺄﻧﺒﻴﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻠﺎﺋﻜﺔ ﻭﺣَﺴُﻦَ ﺃﻭﻟﺌﻚ ﺭﻓﻴﻘﺎً. "ﺇﻥ ﻛﻨﺖَ ﺗﺮﻳﺪ ﻣﺎﻟﺎً، ﻓﻜﻔﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻨﺎﻋﺔ ﻛﻨﺰﺍً".‌ ﻧﻌﻢ، ﺇﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻊ ﻳﻘﺘﺼﺪ، ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻘﺘﺼﺪ ﻳﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﺒﺮﻛﺔ. "ﺇﻥ ﻛﻨﺖَ ﺗﺮﻳﺪ ﻋﺪﻭﺍً، ﻓﻜﻔﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﻔﺲ ﻋﺪﻭﺍً".‌ ﺇﺫ ﺍﻟﻤُﻌﺠَﺐ ﺑﻨﻔﺴﻪ ﻟﺎ ﻣﺤﺎﻟﺔ ﻳﺮﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺎﻋﺐ ﻭﻳﺒﺘﻠﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺼﺎﺋﺐ، ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻟﺎ ﻳﻌﺠﺐ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻳﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﺴﺮﻭﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺍﺣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﺔ. "ﺇﻥ ﻛﻨﺖَ ﺗﺮﻳﺪ ﻭﺍﻋﻈﺎً، ﻓﻜﻔﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮﺕ ﻭﺍﻋﻈﺎً".‌ ﺣﻘﺎً ﻣﻦ ﻳﺬﻛﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺕ ﻳﻨﺠﻮ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﻳﺴﻌﻰ ﻟﺂﺧﺮﺗﻪ ﺳﻌﻴﺎً ﺣﺜﻴﺜﺎً. المكتوبات - 350

Told us their history the way Muslims pray. The men must pray so many days but ZFRIDAY PRAYER IS A MUST. beautiful plave and friendly explanations were giving openly. I lost 600lira on the visit. A local young boy found it. When I mentioned it he came forward and handed me it. I had let my wallet slip out of my pocket when taking of shoes to go in the mosque honest all 50 lira notes I gave him a couple back he was delighted as was I. Love honest Turkish and kurdish people. Love each other. Win that way

loved the fact that as a Christian were allowed to go in.the ladies got covered by beautiful scarfs.then he staff explained the basics of how there type of Muslim faith worked.6 times daily call to prayers.he then explained as this was not possible to the working man they carried beads and prayed with then FRIDAY prayers were a must for all the women are different.not as often and not with the men.interesting stuff.wonder if we could work that in uk.go to church 6 times a day eh?anyway we were treated very well then givin food and water and a small tour of the area.plants of all kind grow.i MEAN ALL.

A beautiful Masjid (Mosque)! I prayed Jummah (Friday Prayers) here with my wife when we visited Alanya!
