★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Küçük bi şube ve bireysel gişeleri iki farklı tarafta takip etmek sorun biraz. Ama diğer bankalar gibi maaş müşterisine zorla kredi kartı vermiyorlar. Kredi kartı istemiyorum dedim görevli arkadaş anlayışla karşıladı...
 A little bit of trouble to follow a small bi branch and individual tolls on two different sides. But like other banks, they don't force credit cards to their salary customers. I said I don't want a credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ • كانت لي عدة زيارات لهذا الفرع واستقبلني الموظف سليم ببشاشة وصدر رحب وكان يتحدث العربية والانجليزية وأحالني على الموظفة قمزة التي كانت تجيد العربية وكانت خدومة وناصحة.
• أنصح بزيارة الفرع في الفترة الصباحية لقلة العملاء المراجعين في حين تكثر في فترة ما بعد الراحة.
•يوجد جهاز XTM داخل الفرع للتواصل مع موظفين عن بعد لإنجاز أغلب المعاملات ويدعم اللغة العربية.
• I had several visits to this branch. The employee, Salim, greeted me with open arms and spoke Arabic and English, and referred me to the employee, Qamza, who was fluent in Arabic, and was helpful and advising.
• I would recommend visiting the branch in the morning, due to the lack of customers, while it is frequent in the after-rest period.
There is an XTM device inside the branch to communicate with remote employees to complete most of the transactions, and it supports the Arabic language.
