If some employees were not troubled, it would be a nice kt branch.

There are two very slow box offices, and when it comes to one of them, time passes as if the project of the century is being done. Waiting for half an hour when there are three or four people inside is a big waste of time.

It has been almost 2 years since I opened an account at KuveytTürk Somuncubaba branch. I went to the branch 3-4 times in total, they could not do any of my work properly. They do not listen to the customer, they do business according to their heads. Employees in the individual and at the counter do not bother to inform the customer. What they say is inconsistent. Employees and the bank do not inspire confidence. I made a foreign currency transfer from my İşbank account to my KuveytTurk account, paid the transfer costs at the Isbank, KuveytTurk deducted expenses from the incoming money. The system of the bank is very old and slow, I regret opening an account. I'm thinking of setting up and closing my jobs. The share of the story is KuveytTürk regret.
