★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atm'leri eski ve bozuk. 03.08.2020 tarihinde hesabıma para yatırmaya çalıştım. 2 atm'de kabul etmedi. Sol taraftaki atm ilk kabul eder gibi aldı parayı, sonra işlem olmuyor diyerek geri çıkarttı. Paraların çoğunu aldım fakat bir kısmı derinlerde kaldı alabilme imkanım yoktu. Atm parayı almadığınız için kasaya aktarılıyor dedi. Yaklaşık 500 tl para bu şekilde gitti. Şube yetkilileri içerde ısrarla para kalmadığını söylediler. Müşteri memnuniyetine konuyu taşıyınca 15 gün sonra beni arayarak 400 tl bulduklarını söylediler. Kabul etmedim ilk baştaki tutunlarından dolayı. Müşteri memnuniyet merkezi de para kalmadığını söyledi. Yani 500 tl çöp oldu. Ayrıca bu durumun sık yaşandığını şube yetkilileri ile yaptığım konuşmamdan anladım. Şuan konuyu kamu bankaları birliği, tüketici hakları merkezi ve cimere götürüyorum. Güvenilir banka değil. Çok dikkatli olunmalı.
Their ATMs are old and broken. I tried to deposit money into my account on 03.08.2020. He did not accept at 2 ATM. The ATM on the left took the money as if accepting it first, and then took it back saying there was no transaction. I received most of the money, but some remained deep, I couldn't afford it. He said that the ATM is transferred to the safe because you do not receive the money. About 500 TL went like this. Branch officials insisted that there was no money left inside. When I moved to customer satisfaction, they called me 15 days later and said they found 400 TL. I did not accept it because of his initial holdings. The customer satisfaction center said there was no money left. So 500 TL was garbage. In addition, I understood that this situation is common from my conversation with the branch officials. Now I am taking the issue to the public banks association, the consumer rights center and the cim. It is not a reliable bank. Be very careful.
