This is the quietest branch for me. My work will be done in 15 minutes, even I have time to drink tea and coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar yönetim zaafiyetinin olduğu başka bir banka görmedim. Güvenlikten başlayarak en üst makama kadar ne bir güleryüz ne bir doğru dürüst açıklama.
Kart basma makinesi 1 aydır arızalı. ATM’ler çalışmıyor. Bir ATM ne kadar süre bozuk kalabilir. Diğer şubeler bu kadar iyiyken bu şubedeki sıkıntı nedir.
Sorduğumuz sorulara yarım yamalak cevap alıyoruz, özel sektör değil de yıllar öncesinin yüzü asık memurları ile karşı karşıyayız sanki.
Her neyse en önemlisi bu şubede makineler tam çalışsın yeter insanla işimiz çok yok çok şükür. ATM’ler tam çalışsın, kart basma makinesi çalışsın yeter.
I have never seen another bank with this much management weakness. Neither a smiling face nor a decent statement, starting from security to the highest authority.
The card printing machine has been out of order for 1 month. ATMs do not work. How long can an ATM fail? What is the problem in this branch when other branches are so good?
We get half-way answers to the questions we ask, as if we are dealing with sullen officials from years ago, not the private sector.
Anyway, most importantly, in this branch, we don't have much work with enough people, thank goodness, the machines work fully. It is enough for the ATMs to work properly, the card printing machine to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bankadan genel anlamda memnun idim fakat bugün bu şubeye DASK için uğramıştım. Gitmez olaydım. Sanki müşteri veya insan değil de hayvan ile konuşuyorlar. Orada yetkili bir kişi çok havalı ve suratsız biri. Her şerde bir hayır vardır diyip o kişiye gereken cevabı verdim. İnşallah yanlışlıkla bir yerde karşıma çıkmaz o C. Efendi. Ona insan neymiş hayvan neymişe mahluk neymiş gösteririm. Müşteri hizmetleri bölümünü arayıp şikayette bulundum. İlgili birime iletececeklermiş. Bekliyorum bakalım ne olacak.
I was generally satisfied with the bank, but today I stopped by this branch for TCIP. I wouldn't have gone. It is as if they are talking to the animal, not the customer or human. The person in charge there is a very cool and sullen person. I said that there is a good in every evil and gave the necessary answer to that person. I hope I don't come across that by mistake, C. Efendi. I will show him what a human is an animal and what a creature is. I called the customer service department and complained. They will forward it to the relevant department. I'm waiting to see what will happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az sıkıntı yaratmadı bize bu Banka ama yinede çalışmaya devam ediyorduk, bugün kendi döviz hesabımıza euro yatırmayı kabul etmediklerini, daha doğrusu artık euro almadıklarını söylediler! Böyle birşey olabilirmi ya!?!? Kendi Banka Hesabımıza Para yatırmamıza dahi izin verilmedi, bu bahsettiğim rakamda 1000€ altı bir rakam. Rezilsiniz!!!
Ayrıca Veznede çalışan arkadaşın Dilininde MaşAllahı var, tanıdıklar ön planda, gerisi bekleye dursun! İlk işimiz Bankayı değiştirmek olacak!!
This Bank did not cause us little trouble, but we were still working, today they said that they did not accept to deposit euros in our own foreign currency account, more precisely, they did not receive euros anymore! Could something like this happen!?!? We were not even allowed to deposit money into our own Bank Account, which is less than €1000 in the figure I mentioned. You are disgraced!!!
Also, the friend who works at the cashier has MashAllah in his tongue, the acquaintances are in the foreground, let the rest wait! Our first job will be to change the Bank!!

I came from Adana to Antepe for work. Since I don't trust Google maps, I found the correct address of the branch from the KuveytTürk application and opened the navigation. It's been a long time since the address has changed, and we are looking for Kuwait.
