One of the few Kuveytturk branches in Izmir. If the outside ATM is full, switch to the ATM inside the bank. It's usually empty inside.

İzmir şubesinde bulunan hesabımda transfer işlemi yapabilmek için çabalıyorum.Bu gün
9.24 itibari ile müşteri temsilcimi aradım ulaşamadım.Şubeden ulaştığım Kişiler temsilcimin
İzinli olduğunu bana bildirmediler.
Saat 13.30 gibi işlem için temsilcime Mail attım.Saat 16 sularında temsilcinin izinli olduğunu öğrendim.
Saat 16.50 şubeden işimi yapacak kimseye ulaşamıyorum.
Digital çağda bu iletişimsizliği anlamak mümkün değil.!!!
İzmire döndüğümde ilk işim hesabımı kapatmak olacak.

Hello,
I am trying to make a transfer transaction in my account at the Izmir branch.
I called my customer representative as of 9.24, but I could not.
They did not inform me that it was allowed
I sent an e-mail to my representative about 13.30 for the transaction. At around 16 o'clock I learned that the representative was on leave.
I cannot reach anyone to do my job from the branch at 16.50.
It is not possible to understand this lack of communication in the digital age. !!!
When I return to Izmir, my first job will be to close my account.
