★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only they were dishonest about their terms and conditions one of the employees was also impolite when I asked why they are taking 4500tl from my account and spoke in a rude way.
I do not recommend dealing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful and don't open account with this bank, at first they will welcome you maybe in a nice way but after that you will see the real face. The funny thing about this branch is the designated branch for foreigners, yet the branch manager doesn't speak a single word in English.
My last experience that I withdrawn money (USD) from the bank, and later when I deposit the money in other bank there was 100 USD bills old and they didn't accept it in the other bank so I came back to kuveyt Turk bank, they refused to take it back and they say can you proof that you got it from us? .... after a long argument they didn't accept to take back and they start (the branch manager and an employee who was translating) to behave and talk in a rude way so I left.
I already opened an account in albaraka and I am going to transfer all my money
