Don't worry that there are 10 staff inside, one staff member is taking care of the customer. Whenever I come, I wait for minutes. I don't understand why one person looks and 20 people wait

I wanted to voice my complaint about a subject, but after reading the comments, I saw that different customers complained about the same issue at different times. Think of a bank, where there is not a lot of customers and yet when you go to get a job done, there are about 10 staff inside and a lady will take care of the cashier as usual. No one cares if 10 people are waiting in line for half an hour or 1 hour. It's like those other idly people don't have a banker education, they don't have the skills to sit on the cashier, let's say they really don't? Why doesn't our dear bank manager deal with this situation? Today, I complained to him about this disgrace and he said he is interested, half an hour after he said, nothing changed.
