I have opened an account since two years, I like the excellent service that they have, the variety of investment programs, the best exchange rates . I like the multi languages speakers, lovely and wonderful staff, specially, my account supervisor (Miss. Melike Ozgul) and the nice branch manager (Mr. Seyhan). I noticed their efforts to do everything they can to make the clients satisfied, include extra work time to finish what they have started. Also, I will not forget to mention my admiration for their keenness to the privacy and information security of their clients, and the discipline in maintaining order. To this hardworking team ... This bank refused to exchange my USD to turkish lira. The reason: I'm born in a country which they dont like. Thats pure racicism to me. And also bad business.

I visited the bank today 12:30 ... There was a guard at the door, who went out into the street and asked what I needed. I told him I needed to change the money .. and he told me he wouldn't let me into the bank that I had to use an ATM ... he came with. to an ATM and asked me if I had a Turkish phone number. I replied that I didn't, he picked up the phone, calculated the exchange rate and told me that I would change my money if I paid him .... I refused and he went back to the bank. I asked him again that I want to change money in the bank and he told me that you only change cash from € 500 and up .... such treatment of the customer is not good and does not make a good name for the bank .... if you can not pay your employees and they must blackmail tourists do not do it and leave this business ....
