Güvenlik ile birlikte girip parayı yatırmaya çalıştık. Yatırdığımız para 600 tl eksik sayıldı cihaz tarafından. Böyle bir bankanın bu şekilde hizmet vermesi saçmalık. Benim 600 tl mi yaklaşık 10 gün sonra hesabıma yatırdılar. Biryerlerden ekip gelip inceleme yapmış ondan dolayı. Para saymayı bile beceremeyen bir makineye nasıl güvenelim. Şubede işlem yapabileceğimiz bir temsilci olması gerekiyor. Kuveyt turk benim için bitmiştir..
At the branch I came to make a deposit, I learned that unfortunately I cannot make a deposit with a live person. A machine called XTM has been installed and we are asked to deposit the money from there. We tried to enter with security and deposit the money. The money we deposited was deemed 600 TL as missing by the device. It's ridiculous for a bank like this to operate like this. They deposited my 600 TL into my account about 10 days later. That's why a team from somewhere came and examined it. How can we trust a machine that can't even count money? There must be a representative in the branch that we can transact with. Kuwait Turk is over for me..
