ماكينتا الصرافة الخاصة بالفرع خارج البنك دائما بهما مشاكل ومعرضتان للعطل والتوقف ولقد تعرضت بنفسي لموقف شفط المال دون ايداعه في حسابي ..
وحدثت لي عده مواقف مع البنك كلها سيئة
الا أن البنك به ميزة دعم اللغة العربية وترجمان داخل الفرع وهذا آلفرع هو الوحيد في محافظة سكاريا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acil bir işim vardı akşam saatlerinde gittiğimde atm lerin ikiside arızalıydı farklı bankanın atm sinden paramı hesabıma yatırmak zorunda kaldım ve 51 TL işlem ücreti aldı ortak atm. Ertesi gün elimdeki dolarları bozdurdum işimin geri kalanını halletmek için ama bu seferde 5300 TL parayı yuttu. Müşteri hizmetleri şube atm si olduğundan ancak - gün sonra pazartesi günü paramı alabileceğimi söyledi o kadar acil işim varki anlattım durumu ama ne çare lanet banka pazartesi açılacakmış hiçbir eleman bayramda arıza vs de olsa çalışmıyormuş tatilde. paramın geriye kalanını yine farklı atm den yatırmak zorunda kaldım tabi 48 TL işlem ücreti ile. sonuç 99 TL zarar ve 5300 TL min yutulması işimin görülmemeside en büyük sorundu. Böyle bankalarla çalışırsak sonumuz işte böyle rezillik oluyor. Uzak durun böyle ne atm si doğru dürüst çalışan ne de şubesi olan bankalardan.

I bought sth online but the bank cut more money even the prince is known. And when u ask they say we can not help with such this things.
When u open an account they force you to freez ur money for about 3 month.
I do not recommend it all.
