S	Soner Başar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mecburiyetten kaldığım bir oteldi. Bana verilen oda fena değildi fakat duş ve wc tadilat gerekli. Personel güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı yetersiz ötesi yetersiz. Fiyatını karşılamayan bir otel. It was a hotel where I had to stay. The room given to me was ok, but the shower and wc needed renovation. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is beyond insufficient and inadequate. A hotel that does not meet its price.

It is a very old and completed hotel. It's not cheap either. Breakfast and hygiene are bad. Cleanliness of the rooms is terrible. Don't go. Don't be a victim.

Klima çalışıyor odalar idare eder temizlikte. The hotel is nice, clean, newly renovated, but the breakfast is very poor, the breakfast is definitely not satisfactory according to the room price they receive. There is parking. Air conditioner works, rooms are clean.

Nicht nachvollziehen können wir, wenn wegen eines Punktes, wie ein Gast über ein unzufriedenes Frühstück klagte, das Hotel mit 1 von 5 Sternen bewertet. Das ist unsachlich. Zu unserer Zeit wurde es mit 3,5 von 5 Sternen bewertet, was auch wir teilen können. Die vielen Mängel in der Sauberkeit machten uns nicht glücklich. So war bei uns die Dusche und das Duschglas schmutzig und die Fugen nicht ansehlich, Armaturen nicht geputzt, lose hängende Stromkabel im Bad, der Fußboden war nur grob oberflächlich gereinigt und im Treppenhaus stinkt es nach Rauch. Dass am Aufzug Bauarbeiten sind, möchten wir nicht bewerten - das muss nun auch einmal sein. Mit einen Speed-Test stellten wir im Zimmer eine Wifi-Geschwindigkeit beim Download von nur 1,36 Mbps bei Ping 15 ms fest - was deutlich zu gering ist. Da wir im ersten Obergeschoss ein Zimmer hatten, war es zwar nicht schön, dass die Balkontür nicht verschließen ließ (Türklinke verriegelt nicht), aber zu mindestens nicht von außen erreichbar. Gerade in der Corona-Zeit wäre es eine gute Gelegenheit, Kleinreparaturen zu erledigen. Positiv war die zentrale Lage, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Parkmöglichkeit unmittelbar vor dem Hotel. So bewerten wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nur im mittleren Bereich. Wir besichtigten sie am 26.08.2021 und haben sie im "Reisebericht Kahramanmaraş Epiphaneia Teil 87" ausführlich beschrieben, mit Fotos hinterlegt und trotz der Mängel als empfehlenswert beschrieben. We try very hard to give a realistic rating of the hotels. We cannot understand why a guest complained about an unsatisfactory breakfast and rated the hotel 1 out of 5 stars. That is irrelevant. At the time it was rated 3.5 stars out of 5, which we can share. The many lack of cleanliness made us not happy. The shower and the shower glass were dirty and the joints weren't attractive, the fittings weren't cleaned, the power cable in the bathroom was hanging loose, the floor was only roughly cleaned on the surface and the stairwell smelled of smoke. We don't want to rate the fact that there is construction work on the elevator - that has to be the case. With a speed test, we determined a wifi download speed of only 1.36 Mbps with a ping of 15 ms in the room - which is clearly too low. Since we had a room on the first floor, it wasn't nice that the balcony door couldn't be locked (door handle didn't lock), but at least it wasn't accessible from the outside. Especially in the Corona period it would be a good opportunity to do small repairs. The central location, the friendliness of the staff and the possibility to park directly in front of the hotel were positive. We rate the price-performance ratio only in the middle range. We visited it on August 26th, 2021 and described it in detail in the "Travel Report Kahramanmaraş Epiphaneia Part 87", with photos and described it as recommendable despite the shortcomings.
