Kuşadası Rezidans

Location: An supermarket is available at the corner of the residance. Kusadasi is an small city in Turkey. The center is about 5/10 minites walking. For breakfast there is an turkish bakery at 2 min walking. Everyday fresh bread, eggs, simit (Tuskish bagles) and Turkish tea for very cheap prices. Room: this is not a hotel but an residance. It is a home with your own kitchen. It is a new residance with new furniture. The penthouse at the 5th floor was not available when we arrived. We stayed 3 days at the 3rd floor. On the 3rd floor you don’t have seaview. But the room was very clean when we arrived. After 3 days the penthouse on the 5th floor was available. We extended our stay with 2 more days in the penthouse. This room is really amazing. You have here an total view of Kusadasi. You can see the sea, castle, marina. In the room there is an 2 person jacuzzi. You dont have any roomservice or everyday cleaning of the room. If you need something you have to ask it at the residance staff. We didn’t had any problems with the airco or warm water. Everything is working perfect. Pool: the pool is small but very clean. Every night they are cleaning the pool. Staff: the stuff is very friendly. They speak English. Mr Ibrahim is the owner and is really doing his best for the visitors. He advised us some restaurants in Kusadasi. We went there and the food/price was really excellent.

We found the hotel, whilst holidaying in Kusadasi (google search). We were staying with family and wanted a night alone lol. Anyway, we found this lovely little place. The owner, Ibo, told us that he had just opened and I have to say they've done a great job. We got to stay in the top room, the one with the Jacuzzi and that amazing sunset view. Perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Staff went out of their way for us and sat and even had a beer by the pool with us when we got in later that night. They also recommend a fantastic seafood restaurant for us to try. Yup, a definite 5 out of 5 from us.

This hotel was dangerous and dirty. The elevator had a bare wall, walls speeding past you as you went up/down. Someone could lose a finger etc. Filthy floors and dirty pool, couldn’t use it ? Things also went missing from my room! Not sure if was hotel staff or street thieves, either way room security was atrocious.

Very poor hotel. Would not stay here again. Also i had my things stolen. Came with my family for 3 days had the worst time. Broken lift. Cold water. Bugs everywhere. No towel. No fridge. StAY elsewhere or be very dispointed in this

DO NOT PAY CASH....... 7 of us stayed here from England and we were surprised just how poorly maintained it was compared to the pictures on TripAdvisor. We should have known better from the negative reviews, and the accurate video of the hotel on YouTube. We were also disappointed that our things went missing and €500 stolen. No Wi-Fi no clean towels extremely poorly maintained. Do not even think about eating the food here or swimming in the poor that stinks of cat urine . The guy who owns the hotel is a con man, and karma will get him back for how he runs his business. Last I heard they were currently looking for new owners, makes sense why the place is so poorly maintained.

We found this hotel to be very accommodating during our stay there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of the city centre, so great for restaurants, bars & shopping etc...We booked the top floor room with jacuzzi & great views of Kuşadası. The room was clean and furnished with everything we required. Fresh towels & clean sheets etc...All in all a great stay.

Probably the worst hotel I've stayed in Turkey. 1st the area is very isolated, we were greated by a closed hotel. Waited for 2 hours then finally shiwn to our rooms, honestly wasn't as expected. We felt we got ripped off, room was falling apart and cockroachs everywhere. Our clothes and mobile phones got stolen Don't not stay here. We did watch youtube video on this hotel. Its all true very

Not really a hotel more self catering apartments, but the apartments themselves were spotless, rooms big and bright with air conditioning. The staff were super friendly we arrived before check in and they accommodated us straight away. Manager was very helpful not only organising day trips but getting the companies to pick us up and drop us off from the hotel. Hope to see them all again.
