My debit card was supposed to come from Akbank. On 10/11/21, I got a message that I could not be reached, this is a workplace and I am here every hour, I wanted to call for information, there is no one to contact me, what a terrible system this courier works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.5 aydır kargom elime ulaşmadı.müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşılamıyor evde 7/24 olmama rağmen adreste alıcıya ulaşılamadı yazıp kasıtlı olarak kargomu getirmediler.Bankaların bu kargo firmasıyla anlaşması çok saçma zaten getirmiyorlar.
I haven't received my cargo for 1.5 months. Customer service cannot be reached. Even though I am at home 24/7, I wrote that the recipient could not be reached at the address and they deliberately did not bring my cargo. It is ridiculous that banks have agreed with this cargo company.

Which foolish bank will make an agreement with you and make a victim of its own customer, may God give an idea to that sea bank, it's been 2.5 weeks, my card request is still a victim because of the card stuck in you
