Limanin içi kum doluyor bahanesiyle içi tamamen doldurulmak isteniyor. Halbuki limanın içine dolan kumu temizlemek ve tekrar kum dolmasını engellemek çok basit. Onun yerine bu harika yeri tamamen doldurmak istiyorlar ???
