★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelle paça çorbasını beğenmedim. Karadenizde herkes terbiyeli kelle paça yapıyor. Yani içine un eklıyor. Un çorbayı şişiriyor ve tadını bozuyor. Ve içindeki et çok az geliyor.
I didn't like the head trotter soup. In the Black Sea, everyone is doing decent head and foot. So he adds flour to it. The flour swells the soup and spoils its taste. And the meat in it comes very little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşkembe çorbası methedildiği kadar güzel değil ve ayrıca işkembe çorbası sunulurken ağız yanar sıcak olur maalesef ılık bir çorbaydı (hani çocuklara çorbayı ılıyırda yediririz o kıvamda idi). Arnavut ciğer istedim ciğer çok sert olmuştu. Normalde yumuşak olması gerekirken aşırı sert ve kurumuştu. Beklediğimi bulamadım. Yolunuz rizeye düşerse rize liman lokantasında işkembe çorbası için ne demek istediğimi anlayacaksınız. Çorba var, çorba var.
The tripe soup is not as good as it is praised, and besides, the mouth burns when the tripe soup is served, unfortunately it was a warm soup (you know, we feed the soup to the children in a cold water, it was of that consistency). I asked for Albanian liver, it was very hard. Normally it should be soft, but it was extremely hard and dried out. Didn't find what I expected. If you happen to be in Rize, you will understand what I mean for tripe soup in Rize port restaurant. There is soup, there is soup.

It is a nice place, easy to access, but the head trotter soup was brought lukewarm when it should have been boiling. It made no sense. Also, be aware that you will only eat hot peppers with the soup.
