Kuruoğlu Kerestecilik 1972 yılından bu yana koşulsuz müşteri memnuniyeti ilkesiyle mevcut ürün yelpazesini genişleterek sektörün öncüsü olmaya devam etmektedir.

Firmamız üretimini 2006 yılından itibaren Düzce D-100 karayolu üzerinde 35.000 m² si kapalı alan olmak üzere 143.000 m² alana kurulu fabrikamızda gerçekleştirmektedir. Son sistem kereste ve tüm sert-yumuşak ağaç türlerini bir arada işleyebildiğimiz masifpanel hattı ve bu hattı destekleyen MUHLBOCK Ahşap Kurutma Fırınları ile sektörün önde gelen tesislerinden biridir.

Ağaçlar fırınlanmamış. Zımpara kalibrasyonu yok, 18mm aldığımız ağaçların bir ucu 19mm diğer ucu 20mm çıkıyor, hatta hiç zımpara yok, ürün üzeri tutkal artığı dolu. Mail ile şikayet bildirdiğimizde geri dönüş yapılmıyor. Uzun süre düzeltirler diye bekledik sipariş verdik ancak her sipariş bir öncekinden kötü geldi. belli ki yeni müşterilere ilk siparişlerinde kaliteli ürün verip zamanla kötü ürünleri gönderiyorlar. ürettiğimiz ürünler ağaçlar tutkal yerlerinden ayrıldığı için iade geliyor. paneller ambalajında ve düz zeminde dizili olmasına rağmen bozuldu. uğradığımız maddi zararın yanında marka imajımız zedeleniyor. yorumun gerçekliğini görmeniz açısından ambalajlı ürünlerin fotoğraflarını iletiyorum. ambalajındaki ürünlerin durumuna bakarak ambalajından çıkarıp ürettiğimiz ürünlerin halini hayal edebilirsiniz. eğer firmaya yaptığım şikayetlerin herhangi birine basit bir özür ve mantıklı açıklama iletilmiş olsaydı bu olayı bu kadar büyütmeyi kesinlikle istemezdim. ancak bozulan üretimi düzeltmeleri için yaptığımız tüm çağrılara gözlerini ve kulaklarını kapayıp bizi görmezden geldiler. ne olumlu ne olumsuz hiçbir geri dönüş sağlamadılar.
