 I went to the first time and we were taken here for a picnic. A well thought out beautiful promenade area. Water toilet playground lawn camellia everything available.

It's a quiet place, especially on weekdays. It is a suitable environment for picnics, barbecues, and boiling samovar. Not to mention being close to the city and its amenities. If you can stand the symphony rising from the crow's nests next to it, I recommend this modest picnic area.
