Просто дал 100 лир, она сделала копии паспорта и прав и мы уехали)). А приехали поздно вечером, поставили машину перед офисом, а ключ оставили в гостишке рядом на рецепшене)). Вот это сервис

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Главный плюс - отсутствие залога. Машины так себе, цены на август 2020 минимум 300 лир за день, машину дают минимум на 3 дня. Договорились, что возьмем машину в 9 утра, менеджер открыл офис только в 10.30 и сказал, что это ваши проблемы, что вы ждали. Клиентоориентированность так себе
The main plus is the lack of collateral. Cars are so-so, prices for August 2020 are at least 300 liras per day, they give a car for at least 3 days. We agreed that we would take the car at 9 am, the manager opened the office only at 10.30 and said that these were your problems, that you were waiting. Customer focus is so so
