Bu firma Trendyoldaki dükkanında kullanılmak üzere 100/25 kupon tanımlamış.
İlginçtir ki, 100tl sınırındaki ürünü kupon kullanılması diye 99 tl yapmış.
Bunu niye yaptığını soran mesaj atınca da mesajımın yayınlanmasını engellemiş (bunu da trendyol yetkilisi 3.mesajıma cevaben ürün altına yazdı, SS koyuyorum görün diye).
Şimdi bunu yapan firmaya ne kadar güvenebilirsiniz takdiri size bırakıyorum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trendyol'dan bir kaç sefer soru ilettim lakin yanıt alamadım. Müşteri temsilcisi ile de ilettim cevabın mail olarak geleceği söylendi o da gelmedi (spam olarak bile yok). Bende buradan sormak istiyorum. Trendyol 434929822 no'lu siparişim ile ilgili rahatsızlık veriyorum. 5 adet ürün aldım bunlardan bir tanesi "Fitil ve Lastik Yenileme" idi fakat bunun yerine "Plastik Yenileme" ürünü geldi. Bu iki ürün aynı ürün müdür? yoksa yanlış ürün mü gönderildi diye soruyorum fakat hiç bir mecradan yanıt alamıyorum. Ek olarak "Jant Temizleyici" ürünün tetik mekanizması bozuk geldi. Umarım buradan bir cevap alabilirim. Saygılarımla.

I asked questions from Trendyol a few times but could not get an answer.
