Künefeci İsmail Usta

I loved its künefe, which I ate for the first time in 2004, it was so light that I could eat it as I ate it. However, I could not experience the same feeling when I ate it in 2021, probably because I ate more successful künefes in the past years. In Mersin, I specifically searched and found the place, even as a group of 8 people, they didn't even want to arrange a table and chair, instead of making us happy because a customer came to us, they asked us to sit at separate tables. This attitude deleted 1 star. The künefe was not bad, but I prefer the kadayıf to the künefe which is not well fried dough, the kadayıf was a bit doughy, which took away 1 star. Its starry side was the abundant cheese and light syrup.

When I first heard it, künefe in Mersin did not seem like a very logical idea because the center of the künefe was a mistake, but after I tasted the künefe, I said it was like the künefe I definitely ate wrong, and then we learned that the master was already from Hatay, that is, they brought the quality of künefe in Hatay to Mersin. and good service

This is a different style of künefe.. It's not the Hatay style.

Great flavor. Ismail Usta, who is actually a pastry shop, has a taste of künefesi close to perfect for years. Beet sugar. Abundant cheese with fried surface with nice flavor. The smiling face of the master Ismail is great. I would surely say go :)).

A hot künefe with lots of cheese came. The must is in place. It is a good place to shop. Close to the entrance of Balıkpazarı. Kunefe plus water 14 lira. I left satisfied.

Yummy, yummy, delicious... Master ismail's künefe is an indispensable taste in Mersin for years.

Definitely the best künefe restaurant in Mersin, I have known it since my childhood for about 30 years and its taste is legendary.
