★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in one of the larger apartments, a 3 bed Duplex in Kumkoy in December 2020. This was really well situated near Mall of Side and well decorated in pleasant if slightly glitzy Turkish style. It was light, very spacious and had good bathrooms and air-conditioning. The owner, Volkan was extremely helpful and attentive when I made special requests for help or for additional items for the apartment. I think this place would be gorgeous in warmer sunny weather with a so many balcony spaces and a nice shared swimming pool. I believe there are a few options of accommodation so it would be worth contacting the owner for current offers.
