En başta temiz. Yemeğine ve malzemesine güvenen aşçı/işletme, tuzu az kullanır, burası da öyle. Tuzun az olması büyük güven veriyor.
Dönerinden çok, fırını iyi. Özellikle peynirli pidesi, İzmit’te başka yerde bulmanızın zor olduğu bir lezzette. Lahmacunu da aynı şekilde, içinde et var, içinde et olan az tuzlu bir lahmacun bulmak günümüzde çok zor artık. Baharat ve malzeme dengesi çok iyi. Hamuru çıtır.
Döneri ve iskenderi ortalama. Bazen çok güzel çiğ köfte çıkarıyorlar. Masadaki pul biberi kaliteli.
Çarşıda makul fiyatla kaliteli ürün yemek için değerlendirilebilecek bir yer.
Salatasına da ayrı bir parantez açmak istiyorum; bu kadar temiz, taze, çıtır çıtır bir salatayı ancak 1. sınıf bir lokantada yiyebilirsiniz.

First of all it's clean. The cook/business that trusts its food and ingredients uses less salt, and so is this place. Less salt gives great confidence.
Better oven than doner. Especially the cheese pita is a flavor that is hard to find elsewhere in Izmit. Lahmacun is the same, it has meat in it, it is very difficult to find a low-salt lahmacun with meat in it nowadays. The balance of spices and ingredients is very good. The dough is crispy.
Doner and iskender are average. Sometimes they make very good raw meatballs. The chili peppers on the table are of good quality.
It is a place that can be evaluated to eat quality products at reasonable prices in the bazaar.
I want to open a separate parenthesis for its salad; You can only eat such a clean, fresh, crispy salad in a first class restaurant.
