★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huzurlu, sakin, güvenli, bakımlı ve temiz bir yer. İnsanlar konusunda da sıkıntı yaşayacağınızı sanmıyorum. Lokasyonu çok iyi, her yere yakın. Site içerisinde bir çok aktivite alanı, dışında ise yürüme mesafesinde bir çok market, pastane, park, yüzme havuzu gibi yerler mevcut. Sitenin 1km çevresinde en az 10 adet okul vardır. Sitenin neredeyse yarısında kolluk kuvvetleri oturuyor diyebilirim :D Site dışı çevresini ise polis okulu, polis lojmanları, askeri lojmanlar, gardiyan lojmanları, valilik lojmanları gibi yerler oluşturuyor. Kısacası çevresi de fena değil. Hemen bitişiğinde olimpik yüzme havuzu kursları mevcut, binaların manzaraları da hiç fena değil.
 Peaceful, quiet, safe, well-kept and clean place. I don't think you will have a problem with people. The location is very good, close to everywhere. There are many activity areas within the site, and there are many markets, patisseries, parks, swimming pools, etc. within walking distance. There are at least 10 schools within 1km of the site. I can say that the law enforcement officers live in almost half of the site: D The surrounding area consists of places such as the police school, police lodgings, military lodgings, guards' lodgings, governor's lodgings. In short, the surroundings are not bad either. There are olympic swimming pool courses right next door, and the views of the buildings are not bad at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güvenliği harika bir site elini kolunu sallayan giremiyor. Site içerisinde park sıkıntısı var. Birçok çocuk parki, yapay havuzlar, basketbol, voleybol, futbol sahaları da mevcut. Yürüyüş yapabileceğiniz yerler mevcut. Site içerisinde mescid,tuvalette var. Sabahları ekmek getiriyor görevliler ve çöpler kapıdan alınıyor. Apartmanın iç dizaynı da çok hoş ve temiz. En büyük problem herşeyin merkezi sistem olması ve çok ağır bir koku var malesef sitede
It's a great site with great security. There is a parking problem on the site. There are also many playgrounds, artificial pools, basketball, volleyball and football fields. There are places where you can walk. There is a masjid and a toilet in the site. In the morning, they bring bread and the garbage is taken from the door. The interior design of the apartment is also very nice and clean. The biggest problem is that everything is a central system and unfortunately there is a very heavy smell on the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving in at Kulak Kent has been a great experience. Everyone at the sales office has been incredibly helpful. The design of the community is excellent and a great location. A courtyard with parking, sports, picnic area it seems like a luxury resort. There is a sense of safety, warmth and hospitality throughout the gated community.
