21.08.2021 tarihinde N11.com üzerinden ‘’208331177753’’ numaralı siparişle ‘’Biostar TB360-BTC Pro Ver. 6x 8.9. Nesil lga 1151 DDR4 2666 m. 2 12'li Ekran Girişi HDMI ana kart’’ satın aldım. Anakartı çalıştırmak için tüm bağlantılar yapılıp çalıştırıldığında şahsıma ait olan güç kaynağı çalışmayı durdurdu. Anakartı hemen mağazaya (Smallman - Küçük Adam Kırtasiye) ’ye geri gönderdim. Ürün ellerine ulaşır ulaşmaz ‘’Değişim Reddedildi’’ diye bildirim geldi ve ardından arayıp kullanıcı hatası diyerek üzerine de 450 TL para istediler benden. Bu arızalı ürün yüzünden güç kaynağımın arızalanması da cabası. Sonrasında mağazanın yorumlarını okuduğumda o kadar çok insana arızalı ürün satıldığını gördüm ki zaten burada da ne oldukları belli yorumlardan. Bu çirkinliği ve insanların parasını nasıl gasp ettiklerini duyurabileceğim her yerde duyuracak ve hukuki süreci de sürdüreceğim.
They Want Repair Fee After Selling Defective Product!
"Biostar TB360-BTC Pro Ver. 6x 8.9. Generation lga 1151 DDR4 2666 m. I bought 2 12-Display Input HDMI motherboards. When all the connections were made and started to run the motherboard, the power supply that belonged to me stopped working. I immediately sent the motherboard back to the store (Smallman - Little Man Stationery). As soon as the product reached their hands, a notification saying "Exchange Denied" came and then they called and asked me for 450 TL money, saying that it was user error. Not to mention that my power supply failed because of this defective product. When I read the comments of the store afterwards, I saw that so many people were sold defective products, and it is clear from the comments what they are here. I will announce this ugliness and how they extort people's money wherever I can and I will continue the legal process.

Ancak öyle olmadı pazar günü verdiğim sipariş salı günü bana ulaştı. Paketlemesi de son derece özenliydi. Tanıdık falanda sanmayın. Normal müşteri yorumu :) hem fiyat, hem gönderi hızı, hemde paketleme gayet iyiydi. Burdan teşekkürlerimi gönderiyorum...
The price of the product I bought was much more affordable than other sites. After looking at the reviews, I was hesitant to order. I guess they didn't calculate the exchange rate, I thought they would cancel after a day. However, that did not happen, and the order I placed on Sunday arrived to me on Tuesday. The packaging was also very careful. Don't think it's familiar. Normal customer comment :) Both price, shipping speed and packaging were fine. I'm sending my thanks here...
