★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirit herzamanki gibi harika. Konya daki en iyi tiritçi kesinlikle. Yağını biraz az olmasını isteyin. Tereyagı, et, yoğurt bütün malzemeler harika.
Tirit is great as always. Definitely the best tiritci in Konya. Ask for a little less oil. Butter, meat, yogurt, all the ingredients are great.

My neighbors loved it. It didn't really appeal to me. It had the smell of mutton or meat, but I don't know if it was butter. overall delicious. There is no tirit that I ate 30 years ago in restaurants. They cut Adana and sell it as tirit. In the past, they used to squeeze the ground meat into the garbage and make them with mini long meatballs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mezeler de yemekler de bol zeytinyağlı/tereyağlı. Bu durum yemeğe lezzet katsa da alışık olmayanlar için problem olabilir. Kuşbaşı tirit yedim, tadı çok güzeldi ama dediğim gibi tereyağı biraz fazla geldi. Önceden belirtilebilir.
Appetizers and meals are also rich in olive oil/butter. Although this adds flavor to the dish, it can be a problem for those who are not used to it. I ate cubed tirit, it tasted very good, but as I said, the butter was a bit too much. It can be specified in advance.
