★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bugün kaş alımına gittiğimde, kaş alımını hiçbir şekilde önemli bir işlem olarak görmediklerini farkettim."hadi git artık" dercesine bir muamele yapıldı. 0 profesyonellik 0 güler yüz. corona kurallarını çok önemsiyorlarmış gibi yanımda gelen işlem yaptırmayacak 1 kişiyi dışarı çıkarmaya çalıştılar (tamamen kaba bir şekilde) -öğlen sıcağında- ancak ne randevu ile çalışıyorlar (kaş alımında) ne de girişte herhangi bir HES kodu soruluyor, yani kurallar da sanırım kişilere göre uygulanıyor ama corona kişiye göre muamele yapmıyor malesef, kurallarını tekrar gözden geçirseler iyi olur. güler yüz, kibarlık ve profesyonellik bekliyorsanız buraya gitmenizi kesinlikle önermiyorum.
When I went to eyebrow removal today, I realized that they did not see eyebrow removal as an important procedure in any way. 0 professionalism 0 smiling faces. As if they care about the corona rules, they tried to take out 1 person who would not take the procedure (totally rude) -in the heat of the afternoon- but they neither work with an appointment (for eyebrow removal) nor any HES code is asked at the entrance, so I guess the rules are applied according to the person. Unfortunately, corona doesn't treat people individually, they better reconsider their rules. If you expect a smiling face, politeness and professionalism, I definitely do not recommend you to go here.

Required experience, necessary hygiene, enough smile, enough knowledge to understand what the customer wants and fulfill it properly... I'm sure you will always be like this, but still, thank you..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manikür,pedikür ve diğer kişisel bakımlarda Ayşe hanımdan çok çok memnunum.Özellikle hijyen ve güleryüzü sayesinde artık başka yere gitmiyorum.
Özellikle bu pandemi döneminde daha dikkatli ve temiz bir kuaför salonu görmedim.
I am very pleased with Ms. Ayşe for manicure, pedicure and other personal care. I do not go anywhere else anymore, especially thanks to her hygiene and smiling face.
I have never seen a more careful and clean hairdressing salon, especially during this pandemic period.
