Normal standartlarda bir butik hotel sahipleri cana yakın aşağıda küçük kafeteryası var isteğe göre kahvaltı veriyorlar çay sınırsız

Hayatimda gördüğüm en pis, rezil, kirli otel bu. Heryer toz ve kir içerisinde, sahibi çok itici ve saygısız, hijyen sıfır, odamıza bile çıkmadan kalmayacagimizi belirttik fakat ödememiz iade edilmedi. Haram olsun aldıkları o para, internetdeki resimlere sakın aldanmayın, hic alakası yok. Böyle iğrenç bir yerde kalınmaz.

4 gece kaldık aile odası odalar biraz küçüktü ama sorun da yaşatmadı. Çalışanlar çok candan dı. Küçük sevimli bir köpekleri vardı limon, küçük pamuk şekeri kızım çok oynadı çok sevdi onu. Otel çarşının tam göbeğinde 2 sahilede çok yakın. Yemek kahvaltı hep dışarıda farklı mekanlarda yaptık o yüzden o kısmı bilmiyorum. Odalar temiz

Ekonomik odada kaldım. Banyosu oda dışında ve kişiye özel değildi. Gece o kadar çok gürültü oldu ki korkarak uyandım. Resepsiyonu aradığımda ‘burası pansiyon, müşterim geldi’ dedi. En azından ‘uyarırım, kusura bakmayın’ diyebilirdi.

Breakfast was advertised, but not provided. We were directed to buy our own breakfast in town. The property is in a good location, clean and convenient.

We had a terrible experience trying to stay at Kristal Butik Hotel. We had booked a suite with two bedrooms for 4 people ahead of time on Hotels.com, but when we arrived at the hotel, the owner only had a cramped, smelly room with 3 beds available for us. To make matters worse, he started arguing with us that the room was "good" and we would have to wait another hour if we wanted the room we had booked (even though it was already after 8 pm). He had required us to pay in full before even seeing the room and refused to give us a refund. We were compelled to leave the hotel and find another place to stay despite it being after dark. The man at the front desk had no shame about his complete lack of hospitality and customer service. I was appalled, as it was honestly the worst hospitality experience I've ever had in Turkey, where most business owners are extremely accommodating and warm.

The person in charge changed his word several times. During phone call He offered us 5 persons wide room. But when we arrived it was cramped room with three beds and one sofa bed. Even there was no place to put our laguage. After he crowded the room with the beds, the net empty area was not more than 2 meters square. During the phone call he told me the breakfast is included in his offer. when we arrived he was asking for the breakfast fee. The advertised photos didn't reflect the reality, as it shows wider space that the actual size. the bathroom is too narrow and not so clean.
