★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Место красивое, но главная по дому Лидия отравит вам всю жизнь там. За два месяца жизни в этом комплексе изза нее съехало около пяти семей. Орет на детей, играть им во дворе нельзя, гостей в комплекс нельзя, она и ее друг в прямом смысле орут и замахиваются на детей, постоянно всем делают замечания. Престарелый дом какой-то. Крайне не советую портить себе отпуск, не ведитесь на красоту комплекса

She yells at the children, they can't play in the yard, guests can't enter the complex, she and her friend literally yell and swing at the children, constantly make comments to everyone. An old house of some kind. I strongly advise you not to spoil your vacation, do not get fooled by the beauty of the complex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хочется написать отзыв о печально известном Kremlin residence и "хозяйке" всея Кремлина Лидии (как по батюшке- не ведаю)Сите прекрасное, но с чего-то эта властительница нескольких квартир, которых сдает нелегально и без контракта - решила отравить жизнь всем жильцам! уже съехали несколько семей, вчера я с сыном, а 17 съезжает последняя семья. Не ведитесь на красивую картинку и обходите это сите стороной! Жить вам там спокойно не дадут: в беседке сидеть нельзя, детская площадка закрыта, капыджи ломает и выкидывает детские игрушки, в гости приходить нельзя итд Распространите пожалуйста информацию, чтоб наивные туристы не попались и не сбежали покидав свои залоги.

Do not get fooled by a pretty picture and go around it! They won't let you live there: you can't sit in the gazebo, the playground is closed, kapydzhi breaks and throws away children's toys, you can't come to visit, etc. Please spread the information so that naive tourists don't get caught and run away leaving their deposits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this place has a very grim fame. İt is pretty from its exterior but from the inside living there can be unpleasant. İt is all thanks to one person, building manager Lidia. Her communication is at times rude, forbidding and can be offensive. Kids can be even afraid of her. Multiple complains from people around. The recent case from one of the families forced me to post this. İ never give 2-star rating. Please be aware of complications in this apartment complex!
