Gösterirken güzel oda gösteriliyor ama çok çirkin bi oda veriorlar

No hot water either, cold in the room
While showing, they show a beautiful room, but they give a very ugly room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kahvaltısı ile 1 kişi doymaz. Nakitiniz yoksa konaklayamazsınız. Resepsiyon kredi kartı kabul etmiyor. Duştan sıcak su akmıyor üşüyerek duş alıyorsunuz su ılık. Odalar güzel
One person is not satisfied with breakfast. If you do not have cash, you cannot stay. Reception does not accept credit cards. Hot water does not flow from the shower, you take a cold shower and the water is warm. rooms are nice

I came to Erzurum for the first time, I stayed for 8 days, I was very satisfied. It is very close to the city center. If you are considering a holiday, I recommend this hotel. It is very comfortable. I would like to thank the management and staff of the King Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst ever, I mean it can't be worse than this. One of the managers there spoke so impolitely and had very bad service. I will recommend to sleep outside not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Kral hotel is found in the center of the beautiful city ,Erzurum.Thanks to the kindful staff . This place made me very happy .Rooms are comfortable and huge.By the way there are many possible restaurants are located near this hotel , especially a Turkish kebap restaurants. One of the point that you have to consider is , touristic places can be accessible at walking distance.
