Memnun ayrıldım. Gerek işlem odası gerek salon son derece temizdi. Hijyen kurallarına da ayrıca dikkat ediyorlar. Yolum hep düşecek gibi..

I randomly discovered this place during holiday in Google Maps due to lots of positive reviews. Me and my boyfriend, each of us had here a facial cleaning, he had also additionally a pedicure. Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The facial cleaning took about two hours. We went to different cosmeticians (both owners of this salon). They both applied very high pressure in order to clean the pores with an instrument. My face hasn’t properly healed after days but the pores were cleaned very well. And my boyfriends face got so badly damaged, that the cosmetician completely removed the upper layers of his skin at multiple places in the face. It looks really bad! :-( The cosmetician considered it to be normal. He has been going to facial cleaning for years in Germany and we have never experienced such a bad treatment. Now we returned from the holiday and he is ashamed of going to the office. The pedicure also wasn’t satisfying. The lady cut too deep into the toe skin and didn’t properly removed dead skin.

My hair and nails are beautiful. Just a short walk from our hotel, walked in waited ten mins and the staff were just lovely. Brilliant service and excellent prices
