★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balkon salıncağı aldık, belirtilen teslim tarihinden sonra gönderildi. Ayrıca anlaştığımız renkten farklı bir renk gönderildi. Farlı renk olduğunu belirttiğimizde eşim ile ukala bir şekilde konuştular. Teslim almadan geri gönderdim. Alışveriş yapacaklar dikkatli olsunlar.
Edit: Firma "sipariş ettiğiniz ürünün ne zaman geleceği belli olmaz beklersiniz" diyerek öncelikle rengi yanlış olan ürünü kabul ettirmeye çalıştı. Bunun üzerine ücret iadesi talep ettik. 200 TL hizmet bedeli (ürün bedelinin % 20'si) keserek iade edebileceklerini belirttiler. Kabul etmeyip Tüketici Hakem Heyetine ücret iadesi için başvuruda bulunduk. Tüketici Hakem Heyetinin firmadan savunma istemesi sonrasında firma tarafından aranarak ürünü veya ücret iadesini alabileceğimiz belirtildi. 7.09.2020 tarihinde ücret iademiz gerçekleşti.
We received the balcony swing, shipped after the stated deadline. In addition, a color different from the agreed color was sent. When we stated that it was a different color, they spoke with my wife in a cocky way. I sent it back without receiving it. They will shop, be careful.
Edit: The company first tried to accept the product with the wrong color, saying "You do not know when the product you ordered will arrive". We then requested a refund. They stated that they can refund 200 TL service fee (20% of the product price) by cutting it. We did not accept and applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for a refund. It was stated that after the Consumer Arbitration Committee requested a defense from the company, we could call the company and get the product or a refund. Our fee refund was made on 7.09.2020.
