I have no words for their workmanship and interest, but I would like to share the situation I experienced here: When the transmission of my Kia sportage vehicle was locked, I delivered my car to Koyuncular service with a rescuer from out of town through a master I trust. We'll try, if we can't, we'll send it to Ankara, they'll do it under warranty, we'll buy it again, we'll buy 2000+ cargo+oil from you, they said okay. What does the customer understand? My car is in good hands, I will receive it in a week, guaranteed... They couldn't build their gearbox in Ankara, we are looking for a gearbox, but we can't find it. I searched and found 8 scrap dealers in 15 minutes and went to Ankara Yıldız Industry with a different car. I bought the old gearbox from the auto shop, replaced it with a revised gearbox, and delivered it to Koyuncular. I asked if there was a problem with the torque converter, I didn't change it - I didn't clean it, they said 'I wish you had it cleaned'. They are not in control of the situation. I traveled all these hours and found the gearbox myself, when I came back unaware that the converter needed to be cleaned, I asked the man, why didn't you have it cleaned when you were in Ankara... Anyway, let's see, he didn't have a fault record, I hope it's okay, they said and installed it. They called me and asked what should we do if there is a knock and noise in the gearbox, it did not work properly. I said take it off again, let's decide to repair or return it. So I'm going to do what they have to do. We can't disassemble it, brother, it takes a day, if we remove it, we will write the fee (2000TL) again, and the incident broke up. I called my master, who introduced me to these, and asked him to lower the price a little bit and get my car out of there, not to address me. I put my car on the tow truck from Koyuncular and sent it to the Transmission Dealer for 1400 liras. There is no customer satisfaction, no problem solving, no giving ideas, but when it comes to money, we will write again, brother... And the automaker in Ankara, where they have done business, said we paid 150 lira shipping fee from me, brother, and took the money. I tell it to the sheep farmers, the buyer has paid the cargo, go ask them, I say I gave it, they say it's a shame to you, we gave the shipping fee. God will deduct that 1400+ shipping fee from you. It's not halal for me either.
